What we collect

DFW CDL-B Pass Plan collects the information needed to show your CDL-B planning result, save your checklist or study-plan context when submitted, and support manual review requests.

• Contact information such as email or phone if you provide it.
• Quiz responses and planning answers you submit.
• Study-plan or checklist progress if those records are stored.
• Page-view and product analytics.
• Technical data such as browser, device, and IP-derived metadata as provided by analytics and backend systems.

How we use service providers

We use Supabase for backend storage of quiz answers, plan data, consent logs, and admin records. We use PostHog for product analytics. Both process data on our behalf as service providers or processors.

We use Resend to send requested checklist and study-plan emails from DFW CDL-B Pass Plan. Resend processes the email address only as needed to deliver those messages.

You can opt out of future checklist and study-plan emails by replying unsubscribe or contacting us at hello@dfwcdlb.com. We may keep a private suppression record so we can honor that request.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use user data to train AI models.

Provider-help requests

If you opt in to provider contact, your request goes to our team for manual review. We never auto-send your information to providers, schools, employers, or other third parties.

Retention

Quiz answers and planning records may be retained for up to 24 months unless deletion is requested or operational or legal needs require otherwise. Admin and security records may be retained as needed for site operation, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and compliance.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13.
