CDL-B Path Review payments are for a manual review of submitted quiz/path information and preparation of written planning notes. Payments are generally non-refundable once review work begins. We may review refund requests for duplicate charges, technical payment errors, or situations where we are unable to provide the review. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

The CDL-B Path Review is not CDL training, job placement, legal advice, licensing advice, medical advice, testing advice, training advice, financial advice, or a provider referral guarantee. Payment does not guarantee a CDL, CLP, job, appointment, provider outcome, test vehicle, training slot, or test pass. No provider receives information automatically.
